Thanks Able, I didn’t know that. I’ll add Vit C. I’m avioding taking too many suppliments because my homeopath likes me to get my nutrients from food. I doubt I could get that level of vit c from the food on the list though.
If you’re not taking Betaine Hydrochloride add this to your regimen. Take one pill just before each meal. If this continues to be a problem, increase the amount by one pill a day with one of your meals until you can see a difference in the symptoms.
What is Betaine Hydrochloride? I’m a bit more concerned about what’s causing the bloating, it was always a symptom of intolerances for me before, and never a symptom of die off. It seems to have appeared since the SF722 though. Hmmm. I’ll give it some careful thought. I’d rather cope with bloating than mask something intolerance related, because that could cause me more problems in the future. Thanks for the advice though.
If you suspect that a possible UTI is looming on the horizon, start taking cranberry extract capsules. Just follow the instructions on the container. Also remember to take the vitamin C I recommended above as this can also prevent a UTI.
No, I don’t have a UTI, just the dark circles and tiredness. I haven’t had a UTI since I started the diet, a miracle by my standards! I owe you a big hug and a wet kiss for that alone! 🙂
