Thanks Able, I didn’t know that. I’ll add Vit C. I’m avioding taking too many suppliments because my homeopath likes me to get my nutrients from food. I doubt I could get that level of vit c from the food on the list though.
That’s a great idea; but there’s just one problem with that which is the amount of food you need to eat in order to obtain enough vitamins to cure an illness.
To give you an idea of the amount of orange juice you would need for an adult to acquire enough vitamin C to protect and benefit the body, you would need to drink around 40 glasses of orange juice every day.
What is Betaine Hydrochloride? I’m a bit more concerned about what’s causing the bloating, it was always a symptom of intolerances for me before, and never a symptom of die off. It seems to have appeared since the SF722 though. Hmmm. I’ll give it some careful thought. I’d rather cope with bloating than mask something intolerance related, because that could cause me more problems in the future. Thanks for the advice though.
If you want to know whether the bloating is a result of an intolerance or caused by the Candida which is perfectly normal during an infestation, take Betaine hydrochloride for a few days; if the problem improves then you’ll know it was the Candida causing it because Betaine Hydrochloride won’t benefit an allergy symptom.
Hydrochloric acid is produced naturally in the stomach of humans and used to break down protein which is why it can decrease the amount of gas and bloating. During illnesses such as a Candida overgrowth which greatly hinders the performance of the stomach and intestines, much less hydrochloric acid is produced than normal. In vitamin stores and some pharmacies it’s sold to the public as Betaine Hydrochloride with Pepsin.
