Anytime you use an imitation sweetener you should look for the purest form, most people here have learned this as it is common sense when you’re battling a Candida infestation. This goes for both Stevia and Truvia.
I used both Truvia and Stevia throughout my treatment and ultimate cure without a problem. Right now I’m finishing a 9 oz container of Truvia which I use daily, still no Candida symptoms or reactions for over six months.
