Yeah i think the reason why fruit is working so well is because of antioxidants. Antioxidants stick to your cells, they lubricate and protect them from all kinds of disease, including candida. the problem is that the candida is usually covering up the cells… but the acid in the fruit penetrates the candida, allowing the antioxidants to be absorbed into your skin. This is very evident on your tongue… i notice that the more antioxidants i have, the better my mouth has a chance of being clear. I also notice that even when i do wake up to candida, that it slips off your tongue much more easily instead of sticking to it… this is because your cells are packed with antioxidants and there isnt room for the candida to grow or stick to you.
Coffee is an antioxidant, and i noticed that a cup or 2 a day is actually helping keep my candida away… this is because it adds more antioxidant protection.
