I thought that cards can cause issues with some people? I would definitely give this a try though – I’m definitely in need of some good breakfast ideas. I would have to find a place that made sausages without any additives. And I’m guessing that I would try and match my breakfast porridge to whatever I’m using to make the bread/grain for dinner.
You are always so helpful – I can’t speak for the rest of the newbies, but I know that I really appreciate any input from someone experienced.
What about the sea salt and the coconut bread – are they safe to use every day?
