There is likely a reason you are reacting more to the foods you eat. The most common reasons include histamine levels and inflammation of the gut. You might want to get tested to see if you have a histamine problem and this might reduce you reactions. The single most important vitamin to reduce histamine’s is vitamin C.
For breakfast I would consider rotating between cream of buckwheat, oat bran, rice bran (or cream of rice) as one item and maybe try out chicken or lamb sausage, soups, smoothies, breads (pumpkin bread pretty good for breakfast), etc.
This is a very good idea to do the food rotation and I highly recommend it.
For dinner I would try to eat one more item such as some of the breads. The best ones in my opinion are raster’s bread, able’s coconut bread (lemon and stevia modification), and buckwheat/coconut or buckwheat/teff.
