Oat bran is where I would start. It was a staple for me early in my treatment.
Its really good with coconut oil.
Are you currently taking any anti-fungals?
This exacerbated a lot of food sensitivities for me. It’s important to take it slow.
Also, talk to your doctor about food allergies/sensitives if you are reacting a lot.
