If you’re getting delayed reactions to it, then you should continue it in small amounts until you can tolerate it. It’s likely you just need to cultivate the bacteria necessary to digest it. Avoiding it completely will just make you more and more intolerant. If you’re getting relatively fast reactions, it could be a leaky gut thing though.
