That’s really unfortunate. I think the diet is hard but it takes time get used to it. I can tell you that my last “unhealthy meal” was thanksgiving. Since then I was still eating brown rice, almond butter, fruits, quinoa, brown rice pastas and tortilla. I eliminated all refined foods especially sugars. That still wasn’t enough so I started the diet here in late feb. You see how I made changes through taking steps. You can do it too. It took months for me to find the right diet. I also recommend researching foods and how they affect the human body. This helped me say no to many foods without thinking twice. Most of all, please don’t beat yourself up give yourself credit for being here and doing this much. Beating candida takes time as we can all see but in this life time is all we have so let’s make the most of it and heal so we can enjoy the rest of it. Always stay positive.
