Raster, that’s all I’m eating because when I eat anything else I have food allergies which feel like feeding reactions. I don’t get the leaky gut reaction with the full body burn and all that, I get light headed, skin reactions, and confused and weak. Just like when I have sugar or carbs. I’m going to probably join the ymca up the street if you think a steam room will help that much, thanks for the tip.
I’m taking vitamin a and d, molebdenum, bitters, c with bioflavanoids, milk thistle, biotin, cod liver oil, vitamin e, and calcium magnesium and zinc.
Positivo, I’ve been on the protocol for 5 months now, I’ve just found it very hard to stick to the diet and haven’t been able to introduce probiotics properly. I’m hoping I’m past the food relapses now because I’ve gotten so strict with myself. If I am past it maybe that will let me get balanced enough to tolerate probiotics sometime soon. It’s just so many times, I do good for a week or a few days and get to a good level of antifungals, and then I make a food mistake and feel way set back because I can’t tolerate the amount of antifungals I was on before the slip and don’t know what to do. And this time it happened with probiotics. I’m thinking if I can go a week without incident and increase coconut oil 1 tsp every 3 days, I’ll start a probiotic again at the end of the week. What do you guys think?
