This is something that I am not familiar with at all. Sorry I cant be of more help. So it seems that you are not cheating? but your issue is that the foods you are eating which are allowed are not prepared properly? If thats the case then it really comes down to preparation. Do you prepare your foods or are you buying salads from deli and having other people cook your eggs. If i get a reaction I feel that its from the antifungals or its a part of the healing process. If your eating vegetables that are not fresh then you have to prepare them yourself and if you are then invest a bit more time into preparing them. You can put together a huge salad and divide it up and store them in tuberware in the fridge. If your over cooking your eggs then time it on your phone so that you have an alaram go off then its reached a certain time that you prefer. Avocados get softer when you leave them in a paper bag overnight.
Are you eating all of these veggies raw? I can tell you that my body can not handle raw asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower or green beans? I usually get my raw veggies from juicing but that only helps if you have a juicer. Are you also eating all of these veggies all at once or in the same day. It might help to just eat 2 different types per day and 2 different types another day. Food combining has a huge effect on the digestive system.
