I had this same problem my first time too. I think it’s normal to have the runs the first time you take it. You ll get used to it. When you are able to eat buckwheat or oatbran I say cook the them and when it’s still alil warm let some coconut oil melt into the mix. I sneak like 4 spoons into mine because I get nausious and wanna throw up when I take it straight up. I don’t think this method should be a problem. If it is someone let me know but like I said the coconut oil is not being cooked just melted into the food.
