So, right now I’m on coconut oil about 3 times a day 1tbsp, Molybdenum about once a day, and I started Candidate yesterday. I’m also taking probiotics.
Yesterday I had a quarter of an apple, and besides the fact that my stomach seemed to be getting used to the idea of something like an apple again, I had no particular side effects.
What should be my next step?
When should I introduce other foods, and what should be the next anti fungi you recommend.
