Very hot spices as well as curries can damage the flora in the intestines.
Turmeric is excellent for Candida and as a blood purifier. Take it in capsule form because mixing in water can be hard on the stomach; also the tincture contains alcohol used as the herb extractor.
Cinnamon is an antifungal as well as some of the other herbs, and oregano and black pepper as well are fine. Most mild herbs should be fine on your diet. Paprika also if used occasionally, but again, I would avoid strong, hot herbs.
