Yeah after the first few weeks I realized eating normal meals is not enough, keeping up this diet for me is a full time job. I’m still losing weight, about a pound every 4-5 days now. My body literally can’t handle losing any more, I am skinny to the unhealthy point.
I read on the strict diet to introduce coconut milk a month in and I’ve been strict to everything that it entails except I brought in stevia early because I was getting sweet cravings up the you know what. With my body I may have to bend some of the guidelines though.
