Less meat, Able?
Hmmmm, I found that I felt better when I incorporated meat back into my diet (lived on only cooked veggies for 2 weeks because my die off was so severe that I could barely digest anything). I rotate everything due to my never ending list of allergies from the leaky gut.
I actually stopped eating coconut flour because it was giving me flare ups. Coconut Milk does too. I don’t have a problem with coconut oil unless I eat too much, causing me to herx.
I have found that the paleo diet (without the nuts) has done good for me. But as they say, every body is different.
