Me and able don’t recommend amaranth and/or brown rice because of the starch content. Buckwheat, millet, and oat bran we feel are good food items to eat on the diet.

I personally consider rice to be a cheat food item when I want to live it up, but stick with buckwheat and oat bran most of the time.
