mimigrace – if you’re still reading, my heart really goes out to you as this is the sickest I’ve ever been in my life as with candida. I reread your post and I see the main crux. You don’t know what to eat. That was my main problem until I got a hold of the strict diet from Able and Raster. Then things really took an upturn. Get a copy and follow it. Make sure you get plenty of carbs to start your day in the way of the right veggies. I have had to eat more meat than is recommended – I guess becuase I am O blood type and we need lots of protien. I start my day off with a snib of chuck tender steak – organic – and eat an avacoado, lettuce, leek pieces and a bit of buckwheat. Breakfast is soooooo important. Even if you don’t feel like eating – eat and it will get better. Also ginger tea – sipping a cup all morning. I just put it in a travel mug to keep it warm. For the first couple of weeks my stomach would just burn from it – now it takes any burning away.I also eat every meal with a start of a bit of apple cider vinegar in water. When I first started the ACV I would get really bad brain fog and feel like passing out. Now I have no reaction. I’m on the mend. Good luck! And keep in touch with everyone.
