I really would ditch the rice. Also the peppers, they really hurt me. This is what saved me and my busy schedule. I would fill two or three containers with spinich and romaine lettuce. Then I would slice an entire cucumber in each one. I’d pair each bowl with an avacado and a can of low mercury packed in extra virgin olive oil tuna. There’s your fast food. Open up the tuna and drain it, dump it in the salad. Slice your avacado in half and squeeze it into the bowl. Nothing faster and healthier for us.
