When I slipped up and had the most delicious meal of my life I took loads of activated charcoal to soak up the inevitable fall out. It worked a treat. I realise it might be a bit late to give you this advice now, but it’s worth knowing.

How much charcoal did you take?
When did you take it? How long after the meal?
I took 2 charcoal capsules as I sat down to the meal, then I took another 2 straight after 🙂
I’m not advocating cheating. It just stopped me getting acutely ill. It was the best damn meal of my life though *drools*
