On here they suggest 6 per day (2 p/meal). I’ve cut down to 1 per/meal, purely because I can’t afford to keep on buying supplements every other week.
I was pleased to read Raster say they are especially good for people with ear trouble, i’ve had load of problems in the past with dizziness – which was diagnosed as labyrinthitis, but since i’ve been treating myself for this, other than the odd spell, my well being has been much improved & I never feel anxious in crowded environment anymore.
I was also diagnosed with labyrinthitis but I had no dizziness for months (I’m thinking at least 4 months if not longer!). I first slowly reduced the drugs they gave me for it, then took Ginkgo just to aid blood circulation (on doctor’s suggestion when I announced that I intend to get off the druggs), and vitamin E (also doctor’s advice), and now I don’t take even that. Because they connect labyrinthitis to blood circulation, I was told that it will get worse when winter comes and that I am lucky during summer. Well guess what? We had -15 Celsius the other day and I am still fine, we are having low temps for few weeks already and I am still fine 🙂 I did not have any access to SF722 either, I just did it with right diet. It took a while but still.
So hang in there, as you get better and healthier, this too will go away. I think they diagnose it but don’t really know the cause.
Best of luck to you!
Thats really interesting you should say that, the GP’s & specialist didn’t give me any information like that.
I really think the healthcare system in this country is very backward. A friend of ours is from a neighbouring country of your’s (I seem to remember you were from Bosnia, I think) & after being messed around by doctors in this country she went home & got diagnosed with candida, as well as even more serious things.
On a personal note, I still have days when I don’t feel great, but i’m so much further forward than I was this time last year – when I was almost accepting that despite eating & living a healthy lifestyle I was going to have to live with these symptoms for ever.
