I’d recommend staying away from tahini/sesame for the first few weeks at least. It’s a common allergen, so it’s a good idea to introduce it as a test item like with coconut, buckwheat etc. I got a bad skin reaction and fatigued feeling after trying tahini and I’ve never known myself to have a sesame allergy. You’ll be able to tell what you’re sensitive to when you stay away from everything and then slowly introduce one thing at a time. Unfortunately for me, Greek yoghurt made me feel even worse than the tahini, and I ate loads of yoghurt with seemingly no problem before starting the diet 🙁
