Awesome – thanks for the links! Just last night as I was trying to go to sleep, I came up with a great tasty breakfast idea…
Broccoli & cauliflower broken up into little florets, then yellow & red bell peppers & onion chopped up tiny, and mix well with salt, pepper, EVOO and apple cider vinegar. That will make a beautiful & colorful hearty breakfast.
My lunches could be what I had been eating…leafy greens with the salmon (that comes in those single-serve cups), salt, pepper, EVOO and apple cider vinegar. Then dinner can be cooked greens, chicken (I need some kind of meat), and other veggies.
How’s that for a plan?
