I tried buckwheat groats and detested them. What other buckwheat products do you recommend? Those groats had a weird texture; reminded me of the gluten-free bread that I’d try every once in a while…weird, nasty texture.
I thought quinoa was incredibly healthy! But I’ll hold off on the quinoa/wild rice/brown rice for a while as I cleanse. I suppose I should hold off on my gluten-free oats, too?

So for now, just concentrate on veggies and leafy greens? Would the apple cider vinegar be okay? I would like to make my homemade salad dressing with EVOO, the apple cider vinegar, chopped fresh garlic and other fresh herbs.
I’m asking this next question only out of curiosity, for the far future…would balsamic vinegar ever be okay for me to eat? I always loved the balsamic vinagrette (can’t spell) and am just curious about that.
