I eat chicken/fish about 3-4 times a week but do not eat it everyday. I also eat 2/3 or a cup of oatbran and 1/2 or 3/4 cup of cream of buckwheat on separate days. Oat bran has a good amount of protein and I just recently introduced kefir
It might be a wise choice to tell a person how many weeks you’ve been on the diet when you list the foods you’re eating. A lot of new members post on the forum before they read the protocol, so they have no idea when to introduce what foods yet and may assume that, if you’re eating these, then it must be fine if they do as well.
I know you mentioned your time period in your second post, but maybe mentioning it along with the food would be good as well. Just a suggestion.
