I’m sorry to hear that you fell off the diet. I find it pretty easy with the buckwheat and oatbran. I also season my veggies with basil thyme and salt when I cook them. avocados are amazing. fortunately I never cared much for sweets lately because after I educated my self about foods I despise cake, ice cream and candy. I suggest you learn about these foods, how they affect your body and remember how candida has affected your life. For me candida ruined a relationship, made me drop out of school for a semester, took away my social life, and I plan to get my degree in a year and work in law enforcement/homeland security so someone in that career is going to have a horrible time with candida. I also feel better then ever before which is motivation in itself. I hate the way I feel when candida is in effect. Hope this helps you on your journey.
