Just wondering, if it is die-off, aren’t we supposed to be avoiding such reactions? Isn’t that why we diet? So we don’t get die-off?
It’s all in the quantity. Able or raster would be the first to tell you that eating rutabaga should not be taken lightly at first. You should start with a small amount and work your way up. Eating a whole plate of rutabaga chips or fries is probably overdoing it.
I also had an incredibly bad reaction to it at first. Just drinks lots of water, take some molybdenum (if you have some) and some vitamin c.
Next time you try it, I would suggest only eating 25 percent of what you originally ate the first time.
