You are correct, a quick check doesn’t show much about rutabagas/antifungal properties. However, what does come up is potential high glucemic index from the carbs.
Every veggie as some sugars/carbs and the body can even turn pure protein into blood sugar, so whose to say they aren’t a good choice (not me).
Perhaps what you felt was Candida GROWTH not die-off? (I get confused between the two presently for myself with even protocol foods)
