I am relatively new to the forum as well. So far I’ve been on the candida diet for 2 weeks. I have glanced at some of the rice milks and all the brands I have seen have sugar in them. Also, I think that they are from white rice rather than brown rice. If you can find a rice milk that has no sugar or sugar substitute and is from brown rice then it should be acceptable. I’ve been drinking unsweetened coconut milk and unsweetened almond milk. I believe that goat’s milk is ok too.
