A severe intestinal yeast overgrowth is really hard to cure. The diet is very important because without it, there isn’t hope to my knowledge. Diflucan doesn’t do anything without the diet. It is my opinion, but only my opinion, a severe intestinal overgrowth can not be cured without a treatment that includes a systemic and a non-systemic drug at least.
Yes, pure alcohol doesn’t feed candida, but I don’t advice it. However, a drink probably does little harm.
THANK YOU 🙂
I am beginning to think that no matter how much I progress, it wont take more than a slip-up to put me back at square-1. I can go days feeling like I dont have candida at all, and then sip some of the kid’s orange juice and have it all come back (dumb,I know.)
Im trying to pay strong attention to those who are no longer suffering, and be realistic about what I can accomplish and what they did to accomplish a healing.
Im coming to the conclusion that this diet could potentially go on forever without something strong helping to wipe it out.
I think its all the posts about candida becoming resistant to everything, and how the longer you have it, the more resistant and comfortable it becomes in your body and hard to get rid of. Im freaking out and plateauing.
Which systemic drug helped you most?
I heard pairing green tea with diflucan works wonders.
