I would cut back on meat and eat organic(veggie fed, hormone free,antibiotic free). Cut out almonds because it could have mold. Oat bran and buckwheat are really important because they feed the good bacteria in your gut, which is way more important then eating almonds. They will also fill you up a lot better then almonds. Eat organic greek yogurt instead of coconut milk. Cooking broccoli, Brussels sprouts and green beans help keep you full as well. Throw some avocados into your greens as well. Make sure you drink kefir whenever your ready for it. I personally think kefir is absolutely necessary to beat this, homemade that is. Good luck.
