So I’ve been on a really big curry veg kick this fall……then I had the idea of “currying up Raster’s bread…..” The results? I LOVE it.
When I make my own homemade curry I throw a bit of all of these into a container and mix: paprika, cayenne, cumin, coriander, turmeric (the most of this), cardamon, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and a little snib of mustard. I added some of this mix to the batter – about 1/2 tablespoon or a bit more? (I didn’t measure, just sprinkled it in.)
(Tastes best with the olive oil version and using just teff and almond.)
