Thank you for the welcome and replys. I was surprised to see that you say Kombucha is suggested. I do my own saurkraut and Kim Chi and I do have some scobys as well, but I have not been drinking the KOmbucha since I heard that it was not advised while on a candida plan.
I was told that because it is a yeast fungus that it would not be good. Plus with the amount of sugar used in it,you cannot be certain how much is eaten by the scoby and how much is left.
Would you share your take on this with me?
