First paragraph: There might be a small loss of carbs but I wouldn’t worry about it.
Second paragraph: I wouldn’t worry about this too much; cooking can aid digestion.
Third: It probably varies depending on what you eat, but in general I wouldn’t be too concerned as long you are following the allowed foods list.
My only concern with juicing is that the digestion process has been done for you thus you don’t release (as many) digestive enzymes. It also concentrates what you eat and thus you could be eating a large amount of natural sugars.
My question for you: Why are you so concerned about carbs and digestion?
