Thank you Able and Raster!
That you and others got well is a good prove that it is possible and please understand me right I am absolutely not arguing about something I don’t know about. What I got confused about is the information I read was that the brain needs glucose to survive. That is very little and the body is never in danger of not having it as the liver is able to produce in emergency glucose and so does adrenalin. I too was reading that Candida is not an enemy but is one of the culture living in our intestines. Everything is fine as long as there is balance, ones the balance is gone the candida takes over and even can break through the intestine walls and enters the bloodstream. As fungus is growing and growing it needs more and more sugar. Here I started to wonder where it takes the sugar from and if the candia is able to enter into competition for the glucose the brain and other organs need.
But as I said I am not a scientist and dont know anything about it. Only wondering.
I picked up the diet again. I had different books about it and everyone said different thing. I will do it now after your food list and see if I get well.
