Hi guys,I wonder if i can use the one i have?Its based on potato starch, Natriumpyrofosfat (E450) and Natriumkarbonat (E500)
This baking powder should be fine. The one we have without aluminum also contains starch, but it’s really not enough to make much of a difference, especially since recipes call for such a small amount of baking powder.
