Hm..I see .. thank you for the advice 🙂

Well..I did start the cleanse.
I started LAST monday, not the one that just passed but the one before. I am doing the warm water in the AM, 3 lemons a day, and Molybdenum after lunch. I am eating only green vegetables: zuchninni, celery, cucumber, spinach, collard greens, avocado, eggplant, broccoli, cauliflower. Luckily for me, I love vegetables, so this isn’t painful. And as my main source of protein I have been eating organic eggs – Two for breakfast, and two-three for dinner.

The first week – I felt very low energy. On my second day I had massive headache, and on the Saturday I was very active all day, which made me feel very sick at night.

On Sunday – my friend from the UK was visiting and I ended up breaking the diet and had a chicken wrap with vegetables, flour tortilla, some french fries – over all NOT GOOD.

I definitely regretted it, and I felt sooo full after.

This monday I started the cleanse over again. However, on Tuesday (because I am training at the gym) I had about 2-3 oz of organic chicken in my salad for lunch.

This week, I also have incorporated greek yogurt as a quick snack. I find that this helps my bowels move : )

Raster – Do you think it is better to eat small amounts of organic chicken or wild salmon rather than take the protein powder?

Also – my skin irritations are fading away with the help of my hydrocortisone. Also – I am waaaay less itchy. My eyes are not pink anymore, and over all I feel brighter and happier.

I have been taking steams at the gym for 15minutes after my work outs. Yesterday after 10 minutes, i started to feel a bit nauseous.

I havne’t any huge die-off symptoms yet though.
