Is there a noticeable difference between die off and a reaction to a food? I started antifungals a few days ago and am having some increased die off. I understand this will occur on and off through the diet Also trying Greek yogurt in a recipe. If I wait a week between every change it’ll be a while before I can make dietary changes because of the slow increase of antifungal. Then there are things to start 2 weeks after cleanse like acv but if I try that at the same time I start/increase something else it’ll be really difficult to know what causes what. It just all really feels slow and confusing …..do I keep increasing the antifungal or try a new flour, buckwheat teff etc. Sometimes I just go for adding a food faster than I probably should and hoping for the best but when in more active die off hard to tell if a new food is having a negative impact. Sorry for rambling but I feel better getting these confusing things out!
