I just finished 3rd day of cleansing, today I felt better but yesterday I felt ridiculously bad mentally… (btw as opposed to many of you I rarely have any kind of physical pain, just rashes, nail psoriasis, other visually noticable symptoms and a lot of mental ones).
Now what I wanted to ask is – can sauna really make any significant difference in terms of how I feel? At least for now until I somehow and somewhere find a store that sells Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate.
I wanted to go to the local pool + sauna every day, but then I remembered that there’s a lot of chlorine in the pool (at least that’s how it smells and tastes like), so I’m a bit freaked out about it. I don’t want to kill any more of my good bacteria.
Also, you say that 1 day of detox is enough, then, considering that I’ve always had a healthy lifestyle (eating A LOT but eating healthy most of the time, having a low body fat and being physically active), do I really need all 7 days of detox? Will the quality of my healing be the same if I skip the cleanse at this point and dive straight into the diet and start using probiotics tomorrow?
