So if I stick to green vegetables I don’t need to drink all of these detox drinks – am I right?
Please tell me whether I’m right:
Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3:
I eat what I usually eat and take Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate 3 times a day.
Day 4 till as long as possible, but no longer than Day 18:
Drink juice from organic green vegetables AND THAT’s ALL, nothing more to eat, nothing more to drink, nothing more to take.
Go on the strict diet.
I want to understand the beginning as much as possible, but the description is not precise enough in my opinion. Please let me know if my plan in okay – I want to do the best possible cleanse. What about the water while I’m on green juices, what about Molybdenum then?
I would like somebody to write 100% of things they eat/dring during cleanse. I’m confused about probiotics etc.
Plus: I don’t think I’m gonna get Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate in Poland. I made some research and found out that there are some pills containing it along with many other things (vitamins etc.). Is it good to buy it or another supplement?
