So I’m pretty new to the forum, and perhapse it is just the brain fog from the candida, but I’m trying to figure out how to do this detox. Which I’m guessing is diffrent from the candida diet which I will then follow after two weeks on this detox, is that correct? (I’m a list person, so I think it will help me if I have a schedule in list form)
Basically what I am getting is:
1)Drink a glass of warm water in the morning before eating anything
2)Drink a cup of water with a whole lemon 3 times a day
3)Eat only organically grown eggs and green vegies, possibly wild salmon or fish once or twice a week, for these two weeks.
(4)During the cleanse you can take milk thistle, liquid digestive grape bitters or Swedish bitters (use 1/2 dropper before or after a meal) with lots of water
5)Take Molybdenum 3 times a day 125 or 200 mcg with or without food, this should be taken throughout the entire candida treatment.
6)After these two weeks of detox are up I can move on the the candida accepted food list, and start either an antifungal or a probiotic and then two weeks later I can start which ever one I hadn’t started first.
Are the we supposed to eat only the green vegies on your candida accepted food list or any green vegies for the cleanse?
I also had read about taking a prebiotic first (HMF forte) before starting the probiotic (HMF neuro). At what point do I start these? (During detox or candida diet)
Where do you get your prebiotics and probiotics? And are you supposed to change your probiotics everytime you finish a bottle?
I really want to get well, so if I need to do anything different that what is listed above, please let me know. I am tired of this candida winning! I really want to get healthy!
