Quick question, and my apologies if it has been asked before.
I am on Day 4 of my detox. My bloating has significantly decreased and although I started feeling more symptoms of die-off yesterday (sore legs as though I went running the day before….but I didn’t…oops), my body has been responding very positively to the detox/cleanse.
However, I was wondering when I should start transitioning into Stage 2 (as the website refers to it) of the diet. Easter is coming up and I LOVE EGGS, but I don’t want to just start eating them in one day for fear of adverse reactions. Any suggestions? Should I ease into egg-eating (I understand they are technically allowed, but I wanted to hold off as much as possible)?
Basically I am just fearful of reintroducing foods in general for Stage 2.
I love almond milk and greek yogurt and miss them terribly on this cleanse….but I probably can’t just starting eating all this in one day right?
Any tips on how to ease in???
