Okay so it’s been over two weeks once I started changing my life with this Candidate Diet…..
Overall, I feel fantastic and have noticed amazing changes in my weight, skin, hair, nails, etc.
BUT…Although my gas/bloating has SIGNIFICANTLY decreased, it still comes back in the evenings, usually after my last meal.
I can’t say that my dinner is any different than my breakfast/lunch but I just cant figure out why the bloating starts at night.
I’m just nervous because I don’t know if that means I need to cut things out again (I only each veggies, eggs and homemade yogurt at this point) or is this just a normal part of the process?
Sorry if I’m rambling. UGH bloating is the WORST!
