no issues, just takes longer. vitamin shoppe also delivers to canada (max 2 weeks)
I would suggest not getting the vitamins at costco, if you can. all supplements are not created equal and some are just ineffective. To be honest, I have spent probably $400 so far on candida related items, plus the cost of organic eggs etc. It hasn’t been easy for a college student and I’ve had to pick up extra shifts at work. Its easy to justify for me though – plus I’m not going out to eat / boozing anymore.
Able has some good recommendations on brands (thorne..can’t remember the rest). I shop at a small nutrition store and I basically go with what brands they recommend as the “best.” I would look out for trace items on the label – like soy, lactose, and any sort of sugar. Better brands and purer ingredients will shorten the treatment time – do the best you can!
I do live in a city though, and recognize that it is much, much harder to find this stuff in rural areas.
also – get nutivia coconut oil! it is the only one that is delicious (and it’s very delicious)
