That depends on how long you want your cleanse to last. You could do the cleanse for one week and this would give you time to try eggs out for a few days before Easter. Purchase organic eggs if possible, therefore you would be avoiding hormones and antibiotics that are in regular eggs.
I love almond milk and greek yogurt and miss them terribly on this cleanse….but I probably can’t just starting eating all this in one day right?
Start new foods very slowly, perhaps one new food once in a week or two and watch for reactions.
