I actually just read the steps listed on the site, which I found a bit confusing earlier on, but I read it like 5 times just now to get an understanding.
So from my understanding so far I should do the following in order:
1. start the total body cleanse I bought (it includes: 1.Cleansing fiber blend – 2.herbal regularity laxative 3.milk thistle liver cleanse) This cleanse detoxifies the liver, digestive, lymph and circulatory systems. I figured this was the least confusing and easy to get since it had everything in one box (2 week cleanse. The fiber blend contains psyllium husk and some other stuff. I also seen something about parasites being the cause of candida ??! Do i have to do a parasite cleanse too or should this do the trick ?
2. Continue the candida diet (We just eliminated fruits, breads, sugars yesterday, as we have been eating some sweets here and there, and we cut out bread and pasta for a week so far)
3. (here is where I am confused) Do we introduce probiotics before the anti-fungals, vice versa or does it not matter ? And should we introduce new foods first before doing this or at the same time ? What do you suggest we introduce first pb/af ? It seems as the site plan places PB first. I do understand we should allow 1-2 weeks between adding in a second treatment, so for example if we introduce probiotics first, give a week or two and then add the anti-fungal routine ? My anti-fungal choices are (oil of oregano, coconut oil, garlic pills, grape seed extract)
4. How long do we stay on anti-fungals for ? Do we take garlic pills for 4 days, then do coconut oil for 4 days, grape seed for 4 days etc and rotate all over ? (my confusion with the oil is I already cook with it, so how does that conflict ? Should I not cook with it so much while doing anti-fungal? (I plan on using coconut oil for 50% of my cooking needs along with olive oil for ever after I am good to go)
I feel like I almost have a handle on this, But still need some help. Again, much love energy to all, and I hope someone can help me with this (able you seem like the expert here so I am mainly directing this to you =D)
Thanks again, much love.
