According to the members who have used this method, saunas do indeed help to you feel better, but this isn’t going to protect your liver from the damage that the dying Candida toxins can cause; this is the main reason that you should start the MAAC first, then the cleanse or diet three days later.
I wanted to go to the local pool + sauna every day, but then I remembered that there’s a lot of chlorine in the pool (at least that’s how it smells and tastes like), so I’m a bit freaked out about it. I don’t want to kill any more of my good bacteria.
There’s no reason for you to go into the pool, especially if it contains chlorine. Just use the sauna.
Also, you say that 1 day of detox is enough, then, considering that I’ve always had a healthy lifestyle (eating A LOT but eating healthy most of the time, having a low body fat and being physically active), do I really need all 7 days of detox?
No you don’t need to do seven days of detoxing unless you have the opportunity (time) and really desire to do so.
Will the quality of my healing be the same if I skip the cleanse at this point and dive straight into the diet and start using probiotics tomorrow?
If you’re going to ask questions on the forum, please follow the The Forum’s Protocol as far as when to start specific supplements, otherwise it’s just going to be that much more difficult for the experts and others to help you. The diet alone will cause die-off toxins in your body, adding the probiotic too soon will only multiply the toxins. Please use your common sense while on the treatment and remember the possibility of dangerous toxins in your body organs.
To answer your question, you could have skipped the cleanse completely and still cure your infestation; some of us, including myself, did this because of work/traveling or other reasons which prohibited the time one needs for a good cleanse. If you follow the strict forum diet and our protocol, this is a cleanse in itself. If you don’t already have it, and want the link to the strict diet, just let me know.
