You may not be able to tolerate the coconut oil at all. If you want to try going back to one teaspoon a day for a while and working up to more once again, that’s your choice. But if you prefer to simply leave it out of your diet altogether, try to find the capsules which sell under the name of Caprylic acid. This is the portion of the coconut which processes the antifungal activity of the oil. Being in capsule form it doesn’t have all of the health benefits of pure coconut oil, nor the calories often needed on the diet, but at least it will act as a positive antifungal.
