Raster-I greatly appreciate it. I assumed my body would just catch up to these big changes at some point (it’s been a month on the big 100B probiotic). However, during that time frame, I also changd my diet (no sugar, gluten, dairy), added Nystatin, which floored me, and then later oil of oregano, which floored me again. Too much, too soon makes sense to me. My detox plan is lemony-water and molybdenum 3x/day. a little non-sweaty exercise too. that’s about it. Am i missing something? Been at this thing 4 months, but only aggressively in the last 30 days. Again, appreciate your thoughts. Are you in recovery?
