I had a problem with butter earlier in my treatment as well; I would get a light reaction to it and it didn’t make me feel good. It tastes good, but so does coconut oil on the bread! So I went with coconut oil…

I haven’t had butter for quite awhile now, so likely will have it when I go off the diet during my honeymoon. I have a feeling it won’t give me a problem anymore after 1 year on the diet.

I believe Dr. Mcombs allows butter on his plan in comparison…he doesn’t know how problematic it can be.
